✈️ Ghana Entry Checklist for UK
Travelers
1. Passport
✅ Valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended arrival date.
✅ At least one blank page for entry stamp.
2. Visa Application
Apply via the Online Service.
Required Documents:
✅ Completed visa application form (Provided by Visa Assist)
✅ Passport photo (recent, compliant with UK standards)
✅ Copy of passport bio-data page
✅ Flight itinerary or booking confirmation
✅ Hotel reservation or invitation letter (if staying with a host)
✅ Yellow fever vaccination certificate (upload during application)
3. Vaccinations
✅ Yellow Fever (mandatory; carry certificate)
💉 Recommended: Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Tetanus, and Malaria prophylaxis
(consult GP or travel clinic)
4. Arrival Protocols
✅ Fill out disembarkation card on arrival
✅ Declare foreign currency over $10,000 USD equivalent
✅ If staying over 90 days: register with National Identification Authority
for a non-citizen Ghana card
